USS Silversides Dry Docking Fund
Dry Docking for maintenance and repairs is a vital part of preserving any historic vessel for future generations. Like other historic vessels, the USS Silversides must undergo this regular maintenance. Unfortunately, the estimated cost of such an undertaking is in excess of $500,000. But you can help!
Donate to the GLNMM’s “Save The Sub” Dry Docking Fund. All donations will be deposited in an escrow account.

Stars and Stripes Forever
Honor a loved one by flying a flag over USS Silversides or USCGC McLane. Flags can be flown for special days such as birthdays, memorials, or other special events like graduation, enlistments, reunions, etc.
We'll fly the flag on the date of your choice, and after it's lowered at dusk, we'll send it to you with a commemorative certificate with your honoree's name, the date the flag was flown, the name of the vessel you chose to fly in over, and the date of the reason or occasion you chose to fly a flag.
The charge for this is $100, which includes a 3x5ft 50 star flag (sewn stripes and embroidered stars), a certificate, and shipping within the continental United States.
